Thanks, brother! Really down 2 earth. Love the way u talked abt cooking w/your kids & had a “family” setting w/everyone around the set. Vid was very informative. I’m a vegetarian, but I love 2 cook everything! Loved the way the recipe rolled up left side as u were explaining. Keep up the good work. Look 4ward 2 more of your vids. God bless!

Everything looked great but I won’t be making that stuffing…too much meat

6 theblackfoodnetwork September 27, 2009 at 5:10 am

Hi Charla, you can adjust or eliminate meat in that recipe, it will still be delicious.
Thanks

I’m a Northern White girl, who loves southern soul food. I have to ask, because my mac & cheese never taste as good as my girl’s who is from the south. I always melt my cheese sauce before I bake it. Is that the secret …. to let the cheese melt while it bakes? Btw, I hooked too!!! I love soul delicious!!!

@cynjim88 The Sercret iNGREDIENT IS LOVE !
I do think that leting the cheese melt while baking is the best choice.
