Thanks so much for this – these were really good and I make them all the time.These muffins really help with my cravings for baked yummies when I’m having my tea. One little extra thing I did was sprinkle crunched up sliced almonds on top of each muffin batter before baking for extra texture. Thanks again!

You should try using Stevia powder, it tastes like Splenda without the aftertaste AND it is completely plant based, not made from some crazy chemical separation and not artificial. Totally healthy. Splenda may cause cancer
Thank you so much for doing this video! You did great! The muffins yummy! I think your right on about breakfest this are just what would make me want to eat! The one think I find is its hard for me to do the low carbs, because I don’t feel like eating anything. But these I think I could all day!
I heard that Stevia is a good thing. But read it does have a after taste, they say the after taste is like licorice. I know my neice and nephews like it, but their mom doesn’t. But they grew up loving black licorice.
Eww I don’t like licorice. Maybe it depends on how much you use? I see where the flavor may be coming from. When taken straight it does have a slight licoricey taste and come to think of it I mean they are both plants sooo kind of interesting. I don’t tend to pick up on that licorice flavor when I flavor my foods with it, then again you HAVE to be careful because too much stevia will overtake the flavors of other ingredients you have to use much much less to sweeten foods with.
Hi Nicki you may find you enjoy these with a tiny bit of almond flavoring added. Any cream cheese pastie, taste good with it added .Hope you try it and enjoy!
