The real question is, who is Alfredo? Here in Italy we haven’t this dish and watching to the others recipes i can say is a commercial invention!

alfredo di lelio ,from rome..he did his own version of fettucine al burro in 1914…

5 deichbeat March 26, 2010 at 4:25 pm

ah..and his version was just: butter ,parmesan ,cream ,parsley -salt and pepper..nothing else

Kuya bakit mo pa nilagay ng bacon at eggs yumg fettuccine?

16 dettestrike May 30, 2010 at 7:56 am

@Vazn360 i think may eggs para magkaroon ng substance yung sauce… parang custard consistency… tapos yung bacon naman accent lang. extra flavor kasi sa cheese lang galing yung saltiness and nde nilagyan ng salt.

ano kaya ginagawa ni kuya sa mga foods after video presentation? di kaya pag nakaisip si kuya ng ulam or miryenda na kakainin for the day eh tine-take advantage na nya yun to make a wonderful video? la lang, curious lang. hehe..

i never would eat these dish!!!
There are not “Parmesan Cheese” and “Romano Cheese” in Italy : there are “Parmiggiano Reggiano”® and “Pecorino Romano”®… Buon appetito, from italy…

your fettuccinie is bull

25 MCParanhos1 July 24, 2010 at 12:34 am
