wow, those look good. I think I’ll try that. do they have an oily taste or what do you do with the oil that oozes out of the cheese. mmm… oozy. sounds yummy

I rub the excess oil over my body so I have soft skin. JK! That’s why I use the paper place … it sucks it up some. And as you know I had the DS so fat doesn’t really matter … but NO they are not oily anyway if cooked long enough.

Tom, I make parmesan cheese crisp by putting spoonfuls on a baking sheet and bake 350 for 8-10 min. they look the same as yours and crispy too.

Cheese Crisps!! Yummy, quick, easy and definitely better than paying over $5 for 18 of them huh? You look great. I had VSG 3 months ago and am down 75 lbs. I wonder if I should’ve started a vlog? Hmmm..

Hey there! This my first time watching your vids and I just want to say you look fantastic! Your video is making me even more anxious to have my DS done! I’m hoping to have it done in April or May of 2011.

Tom,
As of today, its been 2 mths since my ds surgery. I lost 75 lbs in 2 mths. I am following and consuming protein that required plus, I was told by my doctor that I am in good health? So tell me, eventually, will my weight loss plateau? I want to start adding muscle to my body.
Lastly, you plan on removing your hernia, tell me, did it result from you having the DS? I can be reached daniel.b.sanchez@gmail.com
