How does the little bit of probiotics that you put into it, do to the almonds? Why is it helpful?

Hey, I have not forgotten you and I do want to have a consult when I know I will not be bothered on my end. I will let you know this week.

This recipe sounds so wonderful and I cannot have milk products which does not bother me at all as I have never liked milk but do like dips and cheese but do not eat them. I am in the process of buying a food dehydrator and your recipe for Kale chips sounds wonderful. Talk to you soon. MsEfish (Cloma Sams)

Natasha, thank you for all of your awesome videos! I did want to give a warning to some of you who want to try this recipe. I don’t know what I did, but I did something wrong, or maybe the almonds went bad, but I gave myself a really bad case of food poisoning with this. I made it and ate it wrapped in organic kale. I suppose it is possible that it was contaminated kale. Anyway, just be careful when you guys try this.

LOVE THE RECIPE! which probiotic brand do you use?

21 whitbyjet65 July 8, 2010 at 5:36 pm

Herbs has got a letter H at the begining. It’s pronounced Herbs not Erbs!

Which kind of probiotic powder to I buy? How much can I expect it to be?

24 KyureLirnglot July 20, 2010 at 3:36 am

I know that the answer is a “no” or “we’re still more moral and healthy” but you do realize that plants can absorb containments and parasites that can’t be washed off right? Their is a reason why humans cook our food and animals get worms a lot.

@KyureLirnglot That’s what the immune system is for.
