If you like grilled onions then you’ve got to check this out. Get yourself some big sweet onions, peal and cross-cut them up, top them with your favorite spices and a slice of bacon, then place them indirect on the grill for about an hour at 325-350f. Finish ‘em off with some fresh grated cheddar cheese melted on top, and serve them with some of your home made dippin’ sauce. Can you smell that? It smells guuuud!
